Sherlyn Fox, AICI FLC is no doubt a seasoned veteran of the beauty industry. She has been involved with media and beauty since her junior year in high school during drama and media
classes. In the early years she worked with friends and family as a hobby and later acquired the credentials to continue professionally. When deciding to advance her beauty career she
decided that choosing her mentors and trainers were key, so she went straight to the cream of the crop, the leading industry professionals.
Sherlyn has many certifications in Media Makeup, Airbrush Makeup and attended hands on in depth courses and workshops with some of the best in the business such as celebrity artists Amy
Ward, Eve Pearl, Patty Bunch, Davida Simon and several others over the course of the years and travels from New York to LA and other stops in between. She decided that all her expertise
focused on the exterior and to cover the whole person interior to exterior she decided to add Image, Color and Style to her credentials. So naturally she chose the best of the best for personal
trainers and mentors. Her choice for everything Image, Style and Communications was world renowned Dr Joyce Knudsen, Ph.D AICI CIM of the ImageMaker Inc., the first Image Master in
the industry and continues to be a leader in the industry today. Which explains why Sherlyn continues her longtime affiliation with her not only as a mentor and friend but now as a
ImageMaker Partner. Sherlyn also chose the pioneer of Color to teach her the scientific methods in determining a individuals personal coloring at The Educational Color
Corporation of California. Her Color training also included color theory in Munsell and Pantone. Sherlyn is a FLC certified member of the AICI and currently working towards her CIP.
Sherlyn also graduated Cum Laude from Bethel College in McKenzie, TN with a BS in Business Org. Management. She also attended Master's Barber School as received a Barber Tech
Certificate. Enhancing her skills is always top priority for Sherlyn to ensure she always stays in tune with the current beauty styles, trends and techniques.
Sherlyn is no stranger to the corporate world. She has held the staff level Quality Manager position in the automotive industry for the past 8+ years but has also held other similar corporate
positions for over 14 years. With this experience she understands the importance of quality, customer service, operating systems and ethical business practices and much more which is
essential in the business world. She has also spent the past 19+ years raising a daughter as a single parent.
Over the past several years Sherlyn has worked not only with many personal clients and brides but also with celebrities, several musicians, multiple CMA events, photo shoots, pageants,
media campaigns that can be seen in many publications and establishments throughout Music City. She has also worked closely with a top entertainment and television companies along the
way.
Sherlyn has also been featured on Sky Radio, in local magazines as one of the top professionals, judged national beauty pageants and several episodes of a local cable music talent
competitions along side top talent Agent Tandy Rice and many other musicians. Sherlyn is currently the monthly STYLE Scene Fashion and Beauty Contributor for the Cumberland Scene
Magazine for Central and South Eastern Kentucky Monthly/Bimonthly publication.
In April 2009 Sherlyn launched her private label FOXY FACES Makeup Collection to the public after years of using the products on set and privately providing them to students,

Sherlyn was just recently appointed Chairperson for Outreach Programs for Kentucky and Tennessee as well as the Nomination Committee for the AICI Atlanta Chapter .
